Architecture
Agent-Based, Outbound-Only
Agents open every connection outbound: QUIC to your ServerMind server, with HTTPS for enrollment and certificate pinning. No inbound ports on the host, no VPN. Works behind NAT and in restricted networks.
QUIC/WebTransport Streaming
Agents stream to the server over QUIC; the browser talks to the server over WebTransport, with a WebSocket fallback. Multiplexed streams, so packet loss on one stream doesn't stall the others.
Split-Agent Security
3 processes per agent: Collector, Monitor and Control, each its own hardened systemd unit (NoNewPrivileges, MemoryDenyWriteExecute). They talk over gRPC on a Unix domain socket.
Observe & Execute
Understand your infrastructure in real time and act safely across fleets.
Depth & Governance
Control access, enforce compliance, and maintain full auditability.
Reliability & Automation
Keep systems stable, recover fast, and automate routine operations.
SafeApply
Web server config changes are validated, reloaded, watched for 45 seconds and reverted automatically if the service fails.
Time-Travel Snapshots
Config snapshots with a diff view and one-click restore.
No Feature Gating
Every plan includes every feature. You pay only for the number of agents.
